District?
A highlight of this edition of the Chronicle is news of the possible designation of over 600 homes in the neighborhood as a National Register Historic District. A map of the proposed district can be found on page 6 of the newsletter. Residents whose homes are included in the proposed district will receive a letter explaining the proposal. In addition, city officials will be present to discuss the proposed historic district at a special neighborhood meeting at St. Matthews Church on August 27th, 2008 at 7:00 PM.
