To encourage neighbors to come together to preserve, protect, and enhance the historic, low density, owner-occupied, single family residential character of the neighborhood.

CCNA 22nd Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale

2011 had a record number of CCNA Neighborhood Garage Sale participants! They were provided with a list of all participants, maps showing the garage sale locations in the neighborhood and green balloons marking their location. In addition to all of this, an ad was placed in the newspaper. Everyone had a great time and made some $$$ while cleaning out their closets.

It’s not too early to start planning for the 22nd Annual CCNA Neighborhood Garage Sale. It is always held the first Saturday in May. Here are the particulars:

Meetings

Our association meets the third Tuesday in the months of February, March, April, July, September, October and November. Meetings are generally held at the Irving School Rec Center on Van Dorn.
